How You Have Changed...19 Months

The time is flying by and I often wonder why so fast! More beautiful everyday you become! So precious you are, always remember that my darling...never forget! I was beside myself at first didn't know what we would do now I am know exactly what we are to do...adore you! How can we not. You are our little man! So blessed to have you here and to have been given the opportunity to love you, we are so lucky!

My Love For You Is Tremendous!

I cannot imagine being without you in my life. Sometimes I get short with you, and and I stop and pray for patience, remembering that what I am you will be also. Sometimes I am so tired I cannot think of anything but rest, and you remind me, there will be time for that, just not now! So I strive everyday to be as patient, loving, caring, kind, and compassionate as I possibly can be, as a mother should be. I may not be the one that bore you but I am the one that will always love and nurture you...... No matter what! You are of my blood and of my heart. I may not be who you grew inside of for your first 9 months but yet you have grown out of my love for you the last 16 months. My love for you is tremendous, and it is strong and unwavering. Never wonder if I love you, never my darling baby,because as the story goes.... "I will love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be. Happy 16 months my darling, so glad God has chosen us to be your caretakers. May God give us the strength to see you grow into a wonderful and beautiful soul, the makings are already there. 1st Birthday!

Just cannot imagine a life without you sweetheart! You have made our life complete and we adore you! We tried so hard to get you excited to open presents. We had to actually rip them open for you it was funny. All in all it was a wonderful day for you. Our beautiful baby boy is 1 year old today! Glad but so sad. Before we know it you will be grown. Love you darling Landen with all our hearts! We will have many more to celebrate together!

Camping Out In The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon

Wonderful vacation, just the way to end the summer! You really were the best boy ever on the train ride. You did pretty good with the camping out part. It was so much fun until you pooped your pants and Aunt Jocey about lost her mind, I am sure we will never forget that moment in time. To bad pap didn't get a picture.It made Grandpas day! The look on your Aunts face when she discovered she had poop on her.....priceless! LOL!

Fairs And Festivals Summer 2011

You enjoyed the festivals and fairs this year especially the balloons, food and animals. You are growing so much. You are 11 months old here. Such a joy to be around and such a blessing to us. Just to watch you grow and to have the opportunity to teach you and to show you the world around you. How curious you are. All boy. Always taking in everything around you. You really hated your stroller almost as much as you hated the car seat. How funny you are, can't hold that boy down for a moment. I think you finally crashed, way to many goats for you! LOL!

How To Keep A 9 Month Old Giggling...Laundry Basket!

Give him the laundry basket of course, who would have thought. All the toys in the world can't compare to the laundry basket. Add a little Elmo and your day is complete. You are almost 10 months here. You are standing and cruising but no real steps yet. They are coming though. You are very brave you are.

First Ice Cream....Oh How Funny!

You just love ice cream. This was your first time actually getting more than a spoonful. So funny. You are 9 months old and very curious about everything. You loved it but on the other hand you were terrified of how cold and odd it was. In the end it started a great love, Landen and his ice cream!

Picnic

You are 9 months old in this picture. We were out for the day on a picnic. Told you before how we love picnics with you. Doing some fishing and enjoying being with our little buddy. Just the look on your face tells how happy and content you are. You are crawling and getting into everything...LOL! Healthy baby boy! 1 tooth on the bottom and not a lot more in sight right now. Soon you will have more, we will wait! We were really missing your mom and uncle Mat being little and look along came you. Uncle Mat is busy with his girlfriend and doesn't have a lot of time for us, we miss him a lot! We see him but he would rather see his girl than us, we understand. You will be there someday too. We respect that and try to allow him to be who he is as we will you. Until then we will cherish every second we have with you!

Littlest Boy Scout!

You are a hit!The whole camp loved you as usual. I think you traveled on more camp outs your first year then some people do all their lives. You were very busy! This was when Grandma and Grandpa became full time parents for you. It was definitely a change to do this all over again but oh how we are enjoying it, every moment with you is a blessing. You smile and happiness brings so much joy to us you will never know! I hope we make you feel that loved that you never wonder ever how special you are. You had a great time with us this weekend and so did we! Wonderful you are! You are about 9 months old here.
