How can it be? How does this happen to our angel? All the signs were there. Out of frustration and desperation for help, I made an appointment with a child psychologist. Why didn't your pediatrician see this? Why oh why our love? Who would have thought? Perfect you are still perfect, doesn't matter one bit! Oh how life will change for us all. How it will change for you. What to do, what to do. What an adventure this will be for us all. What will the days bring, the years? Oh dear baby boy, how we love you! First black eye, encounter with a chair, actually this was the second, the first was with the chair at our
house and the second was at the sitters. We felt so totally awful and you just didn't care at all. You healed just fine, we didn't. It just made us terribly paranoid.Injured then off to Boy Scout camp to run with the guys. A real man! LOL!

How You Have Changed...19 Months

The time is flying by and I often wonder why so fast! More beautiful everyday you become! So precious you are, always remember that my darling...never forget! I was beside myself at first didn't know what we would do now I am know exactly what we are to do...adore you! How can we not. You are our little man! So blessed to have you here and to have been given the opportunity to love you, we are so lucky!

My Love For You Is Tremendous!

I cannot imagine being without you in my life. Sometimes I get short with you, and and I stop and pray for patience, remembering that what I am you will be also. Sometimes I am so tired I cannot think of anything but rest, and you remind me, there will be time for that, just not now! So I strive everyday to be as patient, loving, caring, kind, and compassionate as I possibly can be, as a mother should be. I may not be the one that bore you but I am the one that will always love and nurture you...... No matter what! You are of my blood and of my heart. I may not be who you grew inside of for your first 9 months but yet you have grown out of my love for you the last 16 months. My love for you is tremendous, and it is strong and unwavering. Never wonder if I love you, never my darling baby,because as the story goes.... "I will love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be. Happy 16 months my darling, so glad God has chosen us to be your caretakers. May God give us the strength to see you grow into a wonderful and beautiful soul, the makings are already there.
